Beer inspired by the Black IPA style. Aromas and flavors intertwine in the malty components and generous hopping with American varieties. Dangerously drinkable, Castigamatt is the dark side of hops. Excellent when paired with meat main courses, blue cheeses and desserts.
BEvolution of the “Too much” of the Menaresta brewery, a bière de saison with lemon verbena leaves, inoculated with two strains of lactic ferments and then left to mature in wooden barrels for over a year, with the addition of pulp and peel of wonderful Sicilian mango on the finish: an exciting encounter.
Traditional Munich Lager fermented slowly over many days with original Munich Lager Yeast. Super crisp and clean.
This is a summer beer by definition. Clear straw colored, clean, with a persistent creamy white foam head thanks to extra of proteins from all the wheat. Aromas of mango, kiwi and spices due to the post-fermentation hopping are followed by mango, passion fruit and wheaty graininess on the palate.
A golden blonde beer with a fine perlage and persistent foam. Its aroma is herbaceous and refreshing with a slender body. Its delicately malty taste leaves room for a pleasant bitterness on the finish. An excellent companion for any occasion.
